Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the item's shape and weight. Unfortunately, my handmade items are a bit costly to ship, as ceramic items require special packaging and baskets are very large.
Local Pick-Up
If you are local or visiting the area, you can arrange a local pick-up. Items can either be picked up in Clinton, MA or Lowell, MA. There is no shipping/handling fee associated with local pick-up.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are final sale. Sometimes accidents happen in the mail. In the off-chance you receive a broken or flawed item, please reach out to discuss a replacement and/or refund. (Note: my items are handmade meaning that each item is unique and may be subject to minor "imperfections" and normal wear and tear. Please see the item's photo and reach out before purchasing if you have questions).
